Overzicht van PPGI
PPGI is vooraf gegarvaniseerd staal, ook bekend als vooraf gecoat staal, spoelcoated staal, kleurgecoate staal enz. Een gegalvaniseerde staalplaat in spoelvorm wordt gereinigd, voorbehandeld, aangebracht met verschillende lagen organische coatings die verf, vinyldispersies of laminaten kunnen zijn . Deze coatings worden toegepast in een continu proces dat bekend staat als spoelcoating. Het aldus geproduceerde staal in dit proces is een vooraf gescheurde, geprefinieerde klaar voor het gebruik van materiaal. PPGI is het materiaal dat gegalvaniseerd staal gebruikt als het basissubstraatmetaal. Er kunnen andere substraten zijn zoals aluminium, galvalume, roestvrij staal, enz.

Standaard PPGI -coating
Standaard toplaag: 5 + 20 micron (5 micron primer en 20 micron afwerkingslaag).
Standaard onderste laag: 5 + 7 micron (5 micron primer en 7 micron afwerkingslaag).
De coatingdikte die we kunnen aanpassen op basis van project- en klantvereiste en toepassing.
